Inclusion of the NGO Sector Develop and implement measures to ensure the active involvement of NGOs in shaping cultural policy and creating and delivering public cultural services. This approach will contribute to regional economic growth and strengthen local identities.
Legal Recognition of Cultural and Creative Professionals In line with EU and UNESCO recommendations, establish legal status for cultural and creative professionals, ensuring their economic and social security.
Innovation and Competitiveness Encourage the development of innovative products and services within the creative industries to enhance their competitiveness in international markets.
Creative Industries Center Establish a Creative Industries Center to support the sector’s growth and increase its competitiveness at both national and international levels.
Favorable Conditions for Creative Industries Development Create a supportive tax environment to enable the growth of creative industries and attract more talent.
Creative Parks and Innovation Hubs Promote the development of creative parks and innovation hubs, strengthening the ecosystem of creative and cultural industries and fostering cross-sector collaboration.
Protection of Copyrights Ensure robust protection of copyright and related rights by implementing effective measures against the unauthorized use of creative works and preventing the spread of disinformation.
Each of these proposals represents a step towards a more sustainable, innovative, and competitive future for culture and creativity in Lithuania, fostering long-term value creation for society.
